未勘之前的Healer’s Implement可以用于astral seal的话?

Page 135: In the Benefit entry of the feat, replace
“grant healing” with “let a creature spend a healing
surge to regain hit points.” This change limits the
potency of surgeless healing, such as with astral seal.
Benefit: When you let a creature spend a healing
surge to regain hit points with any of your cleric
healing powers, add your holy symbol’s enhancement
bonus to the hit points the recipient regains.
